Cancellation Policy
We know plans change. This is our policy, written to be easy to understand.
Quick summary
- 7+ days before: we refund 100% of the deposit, at no cost.
- 3 to 7 days before: we refund 50% of the deposit.
- Less than 3 days before: the deposit becomes a 12-month credit to reschedule.
- For bad weather or port closure: we reschedule at no cost, or refund 100% if you’d rather not reschedule.
How to cancel or reschedule
Message us on WhatsApp with your booking code (format ATM-XXXX). We reply within 1 hour with the options that apply to your case.
No-show
If you don’t show up on the day of the event without giving at least 12 hours’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Special cases
Medical emergencies, death of an immediate family member, or government travel restrictions are assessed case by case. Send proof via WhatsApp and we’ll work with you.
