Terms & Conditions
By requesting a booking with Atomic you accept these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking and confirmation
Filling out the web form does NOT confirm your booking. It is a request that we verify manually and confirm with you over WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed once you pay the 30% deposit and we confirm it to you in writing.
2. Payments
- Deposit: 30% of the total when the booking is confirmed.
- Balance: on the day of the event, in cash or bank transfer, before departure.
- We accept bank transfer, cash and Stripe payment links.
3. Capacity and on-board rules
Maximum capacity 40 guests. Above 20 guests there is a $500 MXN charge per additional guest. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Drug use on board is not permitted. We comply with Port Authority guidelines at all times.
4. Cancellations
- More than 7 days before: free cancellation, full refund.
- Between 3 and 7 days: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- Less than 3 days: the deposit becomes a credit valid for 12 months.
- For bad weather or port closure: we reschedule at no cost or refund you 100%.
5. Responsibilities
Atomic provides the catamaran, a certified captain, crew, fuel and the listed drinks. The client is responsible for their belongings and for the conduct of their group. In the event of intentional damage or gross negligence to the catamaran, the client covers the repair.
6. Changes
Date changes requested by the client more than 7 days in advance are allowed at no cost, subject to availability. Last-minute changes may not be possible.
7. Jurisdiction
Any dispute is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, with jurisdiction in the courts of Benito Juárez, Quintana Roo.
